Refund policy

In an effort to get products to the customer in the fastest possible time, products are dispatched automatically upon confirmation of payment receipt. Refunds can only be processed if the original packaging remains unopened, and the items must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once we have received, inspected, and approved the returned product(s) via email, we will refund the amount paid for the product(s), excluding applicable taxes, import duties, shipping charges, and return shipping costs.

Due to high international shipping costs, products shipped to the United States cannot be returned or refunded.

Defective Products

We will exchange products only in cases of manufacturing or packaging defects. Please inspect all goods at the time of delivery.
